CONDOLENCES FOR LORRAINE FRANCIS JOSEPH

Feb. 19, 2003 – Lorraine Francis Joseph died on Feb. 1, according to a release from Government House in which Gov. Charles W. Turnbull expressed condolences to her loved ones.
Joseph was the widow of former Municipal Court Judge Antoine Joseph.
She was a patron of the arts and a civic-minded community activist on St. Croix. "She was a caring and concerned person who loved the Virgin Islands and demonstrated this in her efforts to improve and enhance the quality of life for us all," the governor said.
