An unresponsive male was found in the waters off St. Thomas Monday afternoon, the V.I. Police Department reported.
According to police at 3:19 p.m. Sept. 21, the 911 emergency call center received a call from a female on a vessel stating that an unresponsive male had been pulled out of the ocean between Sapphire Beach and Lovango Cay. #visource #usvi #news
