Beryl Carter, aka “B.C.”, of Estate Whim, passed away on April 30. She was 81 years old.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Augusta Galloway; father, Rufus Galloway; and spouse, Douglas Carter Sr.
She is survived by her daughters, Sharon Potter, Hon. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. Service will begin at 11 am. Interment will follow at Frederiksted Cemetery.
