Vincent N. Richards Dies

The angels rejoiced as another humble servant, Vincent N. Richards, returned home on Dec. 2, 2024.

Vincent N. Richards has joined the heavenly choir with his Mother: Urcell Ceasar (Doris), Father: Authur Frazier, Baby Sister: Jacqueline Richards (Darkie/Jackie), Brother: Steve Richards, Grandmother: Mary Richards(Queen), and Grandfather: Charles Phipps.

He is survived by his Brothers:  George Frazier, Victor Browne (In-law) Sister: Ernsel Browne (Ermel); Aunts: Madeline Roberts, Lauren Phipps and Rowena Elliott; Niece: Patricia Browne; Nephews: Victor Browne Jr., Steven Browne, and Andre Grant; Cousins: Vincent Bergan, Eugene Phipps, Beverly Davron, Cheryl Shevington, Ursula Roberts-Allen, and Pamela Roberts-Rubin.

Visitation will be held at Divine Chapel, 129 Peter’s Rest on Jan. 17 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Funeral service is scheduled for Jan. 18 at Apostolic Faith Mission Church at 487 Barren Spot (Strawberry Hill), Viewing at 10 a.m. and service at 11 a.m.

Interment will follow at the Kingshill Cemetery, New Veteran Section.
