Malachi E. Abramson, 24, was arrested Friday, Dec. 20, at Cyril E. King Airport on St. Thomas and charged with being a fugitive from justice, the V.I. Police Department reported.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection alerted the Virgin Islands Police Department to Abramson’s presence. A warrant for his arrest, issued by the Bell County Sheriff’s Office in Bell County, Texas, confirmed his fugitive status, according to the police report.
