As work on the First Avenue Drainage Improvement Project on St. Thomas continues, the Department of Public Works (DPW) advises the community of an upcoming road closure on segments of the roadway.
Starting Thursday, Oct. 3, there will be a full road closure between 4th and 5th streets (Work Zone 6). Vehicles traveling east on First Ave. will be allowed to turn left onto 4th Street. Motorists traveling south on 5th Street will be allowed to turn left on First Avenue. (www.dpw.vi.gov)
