He was preceded in death by his Parents: Norris and Doris Blackman; Sons: Clarence Blackman Jr. and Curtis Blackman; Brothers: Robert Blackman, and Eamon Blackman.
Spouse: Pearl Blackman; Daughter: Pamela Blackman-Morgan; Son: Kelvin Payne; Grandchildren: Kenny Bendig-Blackman, Taiesha Blackman, Clarence Blackman III, Mario Morgan, Henreko Morgan, Kadeem Morgan; Great Grandchildren: Rebecca Luttgen, De’Mane Williams, De’Necia Williams, De’Jenea Williams, Mario Morgan, Marlon Morgan, Majesty Morgan, Messiah Morgan, Mari Morgan, KeVaughnte Powell, Kadeem Morgan JR, Kah’Nyra Morgan; Sisters: Althea James, Karen Lloyd, Hazel Blackman; Son-In-Law: Everton Morgan; Brothers-In-Law: Wilbert Jeffers and Gerard Jeffers; Sister-In-Law: Beulah Riley; Special cousin: Coronel Jean Moving Collins; Host of family and friends too numerous to mention.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Central Seventh Day Adventist Church, viewing at 9:00 am, with service beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
