Amos Alfredo Sealey, also known as “Loope,” a retired WAPA Line Man of Estate Work and Rest died on Wednesday, April 16, in Philadelphia, Penn. He was 72 years old.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eulealie Jackson and father, Charle Sealey.
He is survived by his daughter, Lorraine Sealey-Ruley; sons: Kelley, Murray, Sidney and Brian Sealey; grandchildren: Lymairs Sealey, Richard Sealey, Saidas Foster, Raymond Foster, Katurah Ruley, Zeaire Sealey and Emmanuel Sealey; stepchildren: Leon and Joan Benjamin, and Elvis Lake; brothers: Jimmy "Bucky" Sealey and Alfred "Cabby" O’Reilly; son-in-law, Christopher Ruley; daughter-in-law, Judie Benjamin; niece, Chermaine O’Reilly; nephews: Carl O’Reilly, Alfred O’Reilly Jr. and Romulo O’Reilly; and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, at St. John’s Episcopal Church. Interment at sea will follow on Wednesday, May 7.
