Denzil Felix Dead at 85

Denzil Felix, also known as “Trini” or “Uncle Denny,” of Montpellier, died on Nov. 2, at his residence. He was 85 years old.

He is survived by spouse, Gloria F. Neale-Felix; daughters: Joanne Reid, Leanora Felix, Lecee Felix, Leria Felix and Love Felix; sons: Reginald Donovan Jr., Denzil Felix, David Felix’El and Derrick Felix; grandchildren: Louis Stockley Jr., Ayana Moreland, Megan Donovan, Daniel Chandler, Juelisa Felix, Shelyse Felix, Ale’Jsha Felix, D’Nyra Felix, D’Mani Felix, DiJade Felix, DeJai Felix, DaJireh Felix, DiJamore Felix, Caelee Richards, Jaylan Johnson, Ray’Hiem Felix, Jahbari Felix and LeNia Felix; and great-grandchildren: Joshua Reinig and Jada Stockley. He is also survived by daughters-in-law: Jasmine Perry-Felix, Desra Felix and Jennifer Felix; sisters-in-law: Pearline Neale, Henrietta Charles and Isilma Daniel; brothers-in-law: Timothy Jeffers and Godfrey Neale; nieces: Kevlyn, Veronica and Erva Charles; nephews: Dashley and Derrick Charles; great nieces: Shoyanne, Camile, Shurla, Ann and Alicia Charles; and great nephews: Clint, Collin, Marlon, Matthew and Steve Charles. Other survivors include adopted families: Myrtle Ryan and family, Cynthia James and family and Benjamin M. Sanchez; special friends: Jennifer Richards and family, Crete Jones, Dilbert Jones, Joel Harris, Helen Tyson and family, Claudette Vanterpool and family, Apostle Eleanor Estrada, the entire E.P.C. Church family, Steve Davis, Geraldine Nicholas and Continuum Care; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention;
A viewing will take place at 9 a.m. and a funeral service at 10 a.m.,
Friday, Nov. 13, at Holy Ghost Deliverance Ministries, Barren Spot. Interment will follow at the Kingshill Cemetery.
