The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority invites residents, business owners and other interested persons to a town meeting about the environmental user fee (EUF) and wastewater user fee (WUF). It will be held at 6 p.m., on Monday, Nov. 12, at the V.I. Port Conference Room at the Henry Rohlson Airport, St. Croix.
