Convention Cost: $3.3 Million?!

Dear Source:

I am appalled that the Constitutional Convention is asking for another $3.3 million. All that travel and computers? Why do all these delegates have to fly all over the territory when there is technology to have conference calls in which all can participate? Travel expenses sound ridiculous. Are the delegates computer literate or will people have to be hired to used them? Is all this money going to be spent only to have the entire project go down over the question "who is a Virgin Islander?"
