Rotary Club of St. Croix will have a guest speaker at their next luncheon meeting at noon, Thursday, Jan. 31, at Gertrude's Restaurant, Hess Road. President/CEO of Innovative Telephone Corporation E. Clarke Garnett will speak on the status of the transition of ICC Companies, the sale process and the state of competitive telecommunications.
