Food Stamp Offices Reopen on St. Croix

July 6, 2007 – Employees of The Department of Human Services Food Stamp offices in Golden Rock, who have been displaced to the Richmond Office due to environmental issues, will be relocating to the Golden Rock office on Monday, July 9, according to a press release from DHS.
The Richmond JOBS offices have served as an alternate site for Food Stamp beneficiaries to receive assistance while the original office was under renovation. Office renovations included deep cleaning of the air conditioning system to remove mold, fiberglass and any other agents, a thorough topical cleaning of all surfaces and painting.
All Food Stamp office clients served through the Richmond office should now go to the Golden Rock office.
