Registration for the Adult Basic Education Evening Program will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 2, Wednesday, Oct. 4, and Thursday, Oct. 5, at the Addelita Cancryn Junior High School.
Classes will begin at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
Courses offered are basic skills in reading, writing and mathematics. Free courses in English for speakers of other languages are being made available.
A course in General Education Diploma (GED) preparattion is also being offered for a fee of $50.
