In honor of National Art and Humanities Month, the St. Thomas-St. John Arts Council will hold its annual meeting and host a celebration at the home and studio of painter Eric Winter from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday.
The council has planned activities during the month, and its board of directors urges the public to join them in honoring Winter, an artist who exemplifies President Clinton's statement that "the arts and humanities have touched our lives and enriched our spirits."
