Funeral services for Elsie Lucia Simmonds,63, will be held on Friday, Aug, 10 at the Faith Christian Fellowship Church following the viewing at 9 a.m. at the church. There will be viewing from 5 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 9, at Creque's Chapel.
Internment will be at Western Cemetery Gate 1.
Lucia Simmonds is survived by her husband Joseph A. Simmonds; sons Clayton A., Neil A. and Vince Simmonds; brothers Victor, Joseph, Ivan Jr., and Lubin Georges; sisters Bernice O'Neal, Marion Matthews, Clarice Tyson, Yvonne and Janice George, Orleen George and LaVerne Tonge; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made through the Faith Christian Fellowship Church to the Christian Education Ministry.
