FOOD & FUN DAY OF V.I. DELIGHTS IN GEORGIA

Feb. 21, 2003 – A full day of food, drinks, games and arts and crafts on March 1 in College Park, Ga., is an opportunity for the whole family to experience the unique and exciting culture of the Virgin Islands.
The V.I. Association of Atlanta is sponsoring the event from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 1, at the Zone Lounge in College Park. Part of the proceeds will benefit the association's scholarship fund.
On the menu will be paté, johnny cake, conch, kallaloo, mutton, chicken and rice, saltfish, fish, tart, Vienna cake, sorrel, and maubi.
Music will be by Deathzone Productions.
Fun and games for all ages will include moonwalk, clowning, face painting, Majorettes Dance-A-thon, musical chairs, treasure hunt, relay races, three-legged race, parent/child race, spades, dominos, basketball tournament and more.

The Zone Lounge is located at 4979 Old National Highway in College Park. From downtown, take I-85 south to Old National Highway and make a left onto Old National. The Zone Lounge is located on the right next to the Waffle House. For parking, turn right just before the Waffle House. Lost drivers can call (404) 428-0457.
