Friends of Virgin Islands are having a series of seminars that include Taino Pottery Pit Firing at Cinnamon Bay. this two-day seminar will include St. John artists Gail Van de Bogurt and Kat Sowan who team up with archaeologist Ken Wild to guide participants in creating Taino style ceramics. Participants will meet at Cinnamon Bay Archaeology Lab. Bring a snack and plenty of water.
The fee is $60 for members and $70 for non-members.
