Trunk Bay on St. John and Magens Bay on St. Thomas have been recognized among the top 10 beaches in the Caribbean in TripAdvisor’s 2025 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best Awards, reinforcing the U.S. Virgin Islands’ reputation as a premier beach destination, the V.I. Tourism Department announced.
Praised for their clear waters, soft sands, and inviting atmosphere, both beaches have long been favorites of visitors and residents alike. Their inclusion in the rankings highlights the USVI’s dedication to preserving its natural beauty and providing a world-class experience for travelers, according to the press release.
“This honor is a testament to the beauty and appeal of our islands,” said Joseph Boschulte, commissioner of Tourism. “Our beaches offer not only relaxation but also a gateway to explore the vibrant culture, rich history, and warm hospitality of the USVI.”
