A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Thursday August 11, 2005 at 10:00 AM in the Department of Property and Procurement's Conference Room.
Proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished by the Government. Each respondent must deposit with this proposal such security in the amount called for in the Request for Proposals.
No respondent may withdraw his proposal within Thirty (30) working days afte rthe actual date of the opening thereof.
