June 4, 2007 – The St. Thomas – St. John Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring Russ Greiger, who will teach a workshop on "Extraordinary Customer Service" from 9 a.m. to noon and from 1-4 p.m., on Tuesday, June 5, at the Chamber Offices, Main Street. Russ Grieger is an organizational consultant, clinical psychologist, and adjunct professor at the University of Virginia. His role is to help individuals and organizations reach their full potential for producing extraordinary results.
Without customers, there is no business. However, the days of merely satisfying customers are over. To prosper, organizations must make a seismic shift from just satisfying to truly delighting their customers. Any individual who directly or indirectly impact the quality of customer service should attend.
