Glentis Donaldfield Francis

Glentis Donaldfield Francis of Estate White Lady died on Tuesday, Aug. 8, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital North. He was 96 years old.

He is pre-deceased by his wife, Avril C. Isaac Francis; and his eldest daughter, Crystal C. Jackson.

He is survived by his daughters: Eugenie N. Francis, Elva C. Schoonover, Cecelia C. Francis and Carol-Ann L. Francis-Hendricks; sons: Dean H. Francis and Ira S. Francis; grandchildren: Michael D. Francis, Imo D. Ferdinand, Courtney A. Jackson, Ira S. Francis Jr. and Isaiah I. Francis; and great-grandchildren: Autumn Ferdinand, Kingston Ferdinand, Evren Francis and Eowyn Francis.

He is also survived by granddaughter-in-law, Tenaya Francis; sons-in-law: Dr. Derick A. Hendricks, Cyrus Jackson and Scott Schoonover; sister, Ernie Reynolds; brother, Ivan Francis; brother-in-law, Claudie Reynolds; special niece, Veronica Jeffrey; special nephews: Pastor Paul Andrews and Tyrone Isaac; and special cousin, Clayton James.

Other survivors include special friends: Maybeline Brow, Claristine Chapman, Pastor Lorenze H. Davis Sr., Cynthia Francis, Louise Hanson, Diane Henderson, Maria Lake, Edris Symister, the Charles Harwood Prayer Group, Frederiksted Wesleyan Holiness Church family, and the St. Croix Gideon Camp; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, adopted sons and daughters, and other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.

A Burial Service will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 16, at the Kingshill Cemetery.
