The food distribution point at Fort Christian Fire Station has moved to the new Omar Brown Sr. Fire Station on Lovers Lane actors from Barbel Plaza, according to V.I. Emergency Operations Command. There are also points of distribution established at the Kirwan Terrace Ball Park and the Tutu Fire Station.

Since power and cell phones still are out for residents, how are people on St. Thomas being made aware of where these distribution centers are?
and why are there only 3 distribution centers? Need at least a dozen to cover the island.
