Man Found Shot to Death in Estate Rosegate

Nov. 30, 2007 – A 27-year-old man was found shot to death Friday in Estate Rosegate, Police spokeswoman Monyka Johnigan said Friday afternoon.
The man, whom police described as a white male and whose identity was withheld pending notification of next of kin "was shot multiple times about the body."
She said Police discovered the body of the victim lying on the roadside in the Rosegate area, near Catherine's Rest, shortly after receiving a call about 7:20 a.m. Friday. The man was last seen in the area of Estate Diamond Crest, which is the mid-island area, and near busy shopping areas. He was pronounced dead at 8:45 a.m. Friday by the medical examiner.
Police are urging anyone with information that will assist in the homicide investigation to contact Police at 712-6076 or dial 911.
