National Guard Slates 3-on-3 Tourney

The National Guard 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament will begin at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the University of the Virgin Islands St. Thomas Sports and Fitness Center and is open to anyone from age 17 to 24 years old.

The program is part of a national event taking place on campuses across the country.

Entrants will compete for prizes and bragging rights at the skills court, strength challenge, and Play Station 3 2K13 gaming lounge.

Those who want to take part can register online at http://nationalguard.com/basketball or at the gym on Saturday morning.

Individuals and teams of three to five – either men, women, or co-ed – are welcome.
