The following is an outline for meetings and events for the St. Thomas-St. John Volleyball Association’s Winter League 2010. It is important that everyone be present for them. 11/11/09 Executive Body Meeting: Number of divisions for Winter League 09 – Advanced, Junior; Rehash ground rules – officiating, scoring, line judges; Location for Winter League 09 – CAHS – MARK will confirm
12/01/09 General Meeting at 6 p.m., Curriculum Center
12/25/09 Teams need to confirm their participation in the New Year’s Tournament
1/01/10 – 01/03/10 New Year’s Tournament – Teams of eight – $40 per team – Male and Female divisions
1/12/10 General Meeting at 6 p.m., Curriculum Center
Roster and fees are due – All team exceptions for play days and times need to be attached to rosters
1/24/10 League Starts – Single Elimination Tournament; Training for individuals identified by teams for officiating
2/14/10 Last Day to Make Changes to Roster
April Before Carnival —– League End Date
