Bill No. 29-0311 – A Resolution to petition the Delegate to Congress to work with the government of the Virgin Islands to transfer the public housing units in the Williams Delight Housing Community from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development to the V.I. Housing Authority in order to facilitate the sale of the housing units to the residents and other qualified Virgin Islanders, and to authorize the V.I. Housing Authority to devise a plan for the sale of the housing units
