IYWCM Hosts 5th Annual Sister to Sister Conference

Impacting Your World Christian Ministries (IYWCM) will host its fifth annual Sister to Sister Conference May 19-23, at the church’s current location at No. 171 Altona, St. Thomas. Centered around the theme “Refresh, Rise, Release…It’s Your Time to Walk into Your Season of Manifestation,” the conference will focus on empowering women of all ages to break free from the things that hold them back in their daily lives in order to maintain a healthy balance.

It will feature nationally known speakers including Dr. Cindy Trimm of Atlanta, Georgia; Apostle Fannie Wallace of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Prophetess Luretha Mingo of Gainesville, Florida and the Virgin Islands’ very own Drs. Gerald and Sharon McDonald of IYWCM.
“Throughout the conference we hope to see people energized and inspired to break the continuous cycle of hopelessness and despair that can keep them from fulfilling their destiny in life,” said Dr. Sharon McDonald, first lady of IYWCM and the visionary behind the Sister to Sister Conference. “So many of our men and women are hurting and struggling to find a way to break free of the circumstances and situations that often define them,” she said.
The conference will include informative sessions on topics such as “Balancing Life in Today’s Society,” “Recognizing and Activating Your Gifts,” “Strategic Positioning to Maintain Your Momentum for Success,” “I’m Tired; Will I Ever See My Breakthrough?” “Breaking Cycles” and much more.
Nightly sessions will be held at 7 p.m. from Wednesday, May 19 to Friday, May 21. Morning workshops will be held from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, May 21, and 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, May 22. All conference sessions will be held at IYWCM.
