Pistarckle Theater has announced that it has received a matching donation of $15,000. In order to receive this generous gift it needs to raise an additional $15,000.
As the Virgin Islands government tightens its belts on support for nonprofit organizations, this incredibly generous donation is quite timely. The matching grant will allow the theater to continue after school programs and summer camps for the youth of the community, and bring its 2012/13 Season of “Cabaret,” “Boeing, Boeing,” “The Fantasticks” and “A Raisin in the Sun.”
