NOTICE OF SALE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of 5 V.I.C. §471 et seq., the V.I. Marshal shall sell at public auction on May 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., at the Office of the V.I. Marshal in the R.H. AMPHLETT LEADER JUSTICE COMPLEX, Kingshill, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands, the following real property situate in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands in the name of defendants, Marina Charlamagne, Lambert Charlamagne a/k/a L. Charlamagne and Roger Dixon, to satisfy the execution issued herein for Judgment entered on the 18th day of October 2024 against defendants in this matter. The below described property shall be sold as stated herein:
Plot 47 D (0.25 U.S. acre) of Estate Stoney Ground, St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands, as shown on OLG Drawing No. 2705, dated June 2, 1969, last revised February 15, 2000 (the “Property”)
TOGETHER WITH all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto is belonging without any representation or guarantee the above-described property based on information and belief has an approximate square footage of 3,894 sq. ft. and consists of two retail units and five multi-unit residential units consisting of four one-bedroom one-bathroom units and one two-bedroom unit.
Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price is to be paid in cash, certified or bank check at the time of sale, balance within thirty (30) days. Sale is further subject to all provisions of Title 5, Chapter 43 of the Virgin Islands Code.
