
Get ready for four days of food, fun, and festivities as the St. Croix Agriculture and Food Fair (Agrifest) returns to the Rudolph Schulterbrandt Fairgrounds in Estate Lower Love. The fair opens Saturday at 9 a.m. and runs through Monday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day.
Held annually over Presidents Day weekend, Agrifest is the largest event of its kind in the Caribbean, bringing together farmers, artisans, and food lovers for a celebration of agriculture, culture, and community.
What to Expect at Agrifest 2025
Delicious Local Cuisine: The East Pavilion will be filled with the mouthwatering aromas of home-cooked food and desserts.
Fresh Produce and School Exhibits: The West Pavilion will showcase bushels of fresh fruits and vegetables alongside student art and science projects.
Livestock Exhibits and Competitions: Meet local farmers and see cattle, pigs, goats, sheep, chickens, ducks, and more – including a petting zoo and donkey cart rides. The Farmer of the Year will be announced at Saturday’s opening ceremony at 10 a.m.
Shopping and Souvenirs: Stroll through booths offering handmade crafts, clothing, gifts, and locally made products.
Educational and Interactive Exhibits: Visit the Children’s Museum of St. Croix with games, educational toys, and climate change-themed activities.
Live Entertainment: Enjoy music and performances at various spots throughout the fairgrounds all weekend long.
Theme and Sponsors
This year’s theme, “Agriculture: Soil to Soul – Nurturing V.I. Agriculture,” highlights the importance of farming and sustainability. The fair is proudly sponsored by the V.I. Agriculture Department, The University of the Virgin Islands School of Agriculture, and the V.I. Lottery.
Admission
Adults: $6 per day ($12 weekend pass)
Seniors: $5 per day ($10 weekend pass)
Children (under 12): $4 per day ($8 weekend pass)
The main entrance is located on Centerline Road, providing easy access to all the exhibits and activities.
