Irene Leona Williams Dies

Irene Leona died on Wednesday, Aug. 28.

The viewing will be held from 9-10 a.m., Tuesday, Sept. 19, followed by a Celebration of Life at 10 a.m. in Blyden Memorial Chapel. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery, Smith Bay.

She is survived by her children: Derrick Williams, Lloyd Williams (late), Leonard Williams and Lissa Williams Richardson; grandchildren: Jauwan Williams, Kaiya Williams and Janae Richardson; and siblings: Milicent Williams (late), Ilene Forbes, Sentela Williams (late), Alvin Williams, Alfredo Williams (late), Alton Williams (late), Lorraine Dean, Judith Williams Simmonds, Yvonne Williams Harrigan, Joycelyn Williams Malone and Lorna Williams.

Professional Services are entrusted to Turnbull’s Funeral Home and Crematory Services.
