Notice of Abandonment
Under Title 28 Chapter 29 Civil Code US Virgin Islands concerning:
Landlord: Mary Ann Pickard
Tenant: Â Evan Wyess
The Property: 52 Richmond, Unit B, Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI
The Property is being considered abandoned, and a Notice of Abandonment is being issued for the following reasons:
- Rent has remained unpaid and owed since December 1, 2024.
- The property has been left open and unsecured since on or before March 2, 2025.
- Items have been left in the unsecured unit after the Tenant was observed on March 2, 2025 removing his animals from the Property.
- There have been no utility services on in the Property since on or before February 8, 2025.
An abandonment notice was sent certified mail to notice Tenant on March 20, 2025, Tenant has until April 18, 2025 to confirm that Tenant has not abandoned the Property. Should Tenant fail to respond, the Property will be deemed abandoned and Landlord will take lawful possession thereof.
