FirstBank Announced Special Service Hours

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience and services, FirstBank will be performing a system maintenance, which will require adjustments to its operations Friday, Feb. 14.

All USVI branches will open until 4:30 p.m. The BVI branch will maintain its regular hours.

Visit 1firstbank.com for specific branch hours. 

For commercial clients, fund transfers through Business Digital Banking will not be available from 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 14 until 6 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 16.

Saturday, Feb. 15: All branches will remain closed. However, customers can still deposit checks or cash using the First Deposit service at ATMs.

Customers will be able to use their debit cards for purchases, as well as make payments, and ATM and ATH Móvil transactions.

In addition, they can use their credit cards for purchases. 

Digital Banking will continue to provide access to viewing account balances, check deposits, as well as issuing payments.

The Business Digital Banking platform will not be available to commercial customers.

The FirstLine Solutions Center (1-866-695-2511) will operate during regular business hours, from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight. 

Monday, Feb. 17: The BVI branch will be open and observing regular business hours. All USVI branches will be closed in observance of the Presidents’ Day holiday.
