“Sessions on the Floor” Concert At Reichhold Jan. 31

In its first production of the year, the Reichhold Center for the Arts (RCA) is pleased to present the next event in its RCA Sessions series, a musical concert on Friday, Jan. 31.

“Sessions on the Floor” will take place at the Elridge W. Blake Sports and Fitness Center at the University of the Virgin Islands’ Orville E. Kean Campus on St. Thomas. Guests will enjoy a cocktail hour at 7 pm including light bites and music by DJ Pete. Live performances will begin at 8 pm with local bands and solo artists including The Awesome Jamband, Lioness, Mic Love, and Eljhaie Brathwaite Project. The event will be hosted by Dionne Donadelle and a cash bar will be available.

“RCA Sessions is developing a loyal following of music lovers who want to experience top-quality performances in an intimate setting,” said Denise Humphrey, director of the Reichhold Center.  “We invite the community to come out for an evening of great entertainment as we feature these talented Virgin Islands artists uniting in a showcase of their collective genres. It will be a special treat.”

RCA Sessions is a musical concert series featuring Virgin Islands artists. Produced by the Reichhold Center for the Arts, RCA Sessions brings live performances to the public while the Reichhold Center for the Arts facility undergoes reconstruction.
