St. Thomas:
The Virgin Islands Port Authority announces its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goal of 15.3 percent for Federal Aviation Administration-funded contracts/agreements at the Cyril E. King Airport in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. VIPA estimates that in meeting the established overall goal of 15.3 percent, it will obtain 7 percent from race-neutral participation and 8.3 percent through race-conscious measures. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2024 through 2026.
An in-person public meeting will be held on Monday, Dec. 16, at 6 p.m. in the conference room on the third floor of the VIPA Administrative Building, 8074 Lindbergh Bay, St. Thomas. The proposed goal pertains to federal fiscal years 2024 through 2026.
