The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority (VIWMA) invites St. Thomas, St. John and St. Croix solid waste and waste water haulers and the public to a series of Town Hall meetings. The meetings will discuss the implementation of tipping fees and waste water disposal fees to be implemented on Aug. 1. These fees will apply only to the commercial haulers.
