Virtual Public Hearing on New Alcohol License

The Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) notifies the public of a virtual public hearing to address community concerns on a pending application for a ‘Tavern Keeper A’ liquor license to conduct the proposed business activity listed as “1st floor bar sales of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages” at the physical location address of Nellike 1 and Store 1A and 10 Crown Prince Quarter, St. Thomas, VI 00802. It is scheduled for Dec. 3. Testimony should be presented to the DLCA office located at the Property and Procurement Building 8201 Sub Base, Suite 1, St. Thomas, VI 00802-5826 or by electronic mail to nestra.lawrence@dlca.vi.gov. All submissions from the public must be received by Tuesday, Nov. 24.
