The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) will conduct General Election Forums for senatorial and gubernatorial candidates Oct. 15 and 16. Dannica Thomas, director of the UVI’s Institute for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (ILOE), is extending an invitation to the university community and the general public, who are encouraged to attend. Anyone who would like to ask a question, must submit it in advance to ILOE.
