All are welcome as the St. Thomas Synagogue celebrates Purim, the wackiest, zaniest Jewish holiday of all. The Hebrew Congregation will hold a Dylan Purim. This year’s Erev Purim service will be a retelling of the tale of Esther, Mordecai and Haman using artfully altered lyrics of Bob Dylan songs! Songs will include: “Tangled Up in Jews,” “For the Queens, They Are A Changin’,” “Knock, Knock, Knockin’ on Haman’s Door” and more. A Purim for all ages, come in costume if you can. (BYON: Bring Your Own Noisemakers!) A Pizza and Pastry Purim Dinner will follow the service at Lilienfeld House at approximately 7 p.m.
