STAR to Hold 37th Carnival Mile

The 37th Annual Carnival Mile will offer one mile of walking/jogging/running fun with old faithfuls and new faces this morning. Participants can register today at the Caribbean Surf Company (either Havensight Mall or Red Hook). Race day registration will be from 6:30-7 a.m. There will be T-shirts and prizes awarded in six age groups: 12 and under, 13 to 19, 20 to 29, 30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59 and 60 and older. The entry fee is $10 for adults and $5 for youth. Proceeds will benefit St. Thomas Rescue.
