Poetry Therapy-The Healing Power of Creative Expression

Join us as we combine written and spoken word approaches with poetic and narrative thought, to explore how to engage with poetry as a medium to articulate and reflect on our experiences of being alive in a particular moment. Words can express the temperature and pulse of feelings, sensations, emotions, and employ the creative process to resolve conflicts, heal, and encourage self-reflection.
