Government Retirees United for Fairness Inc. (GRUFF) will be hosting two educational lectures on the upcoming March 30th “Reapportionment Referendum.” The referendum will give the people of the Virgin Islands an opportunity to vote on the way senators should be elected. All retirees and the general public are welcome to attend. John Abramson, former executive director of the Board of Elections, will discuss his views on why he opposes “Reapportionment.”
