It will be transmitted via videoconference between the St. Croix GERS Boardroom 3004 Orange Grove and St. Thomas GERS Conference Room at GERS Complex, 3rd floor, 3438 Kronprindsens Gade. It will be streamed live on Youtube at GERS of the Virgin Islands.
