The Forum will present an evening of culinary exploration and direct experience with natural food sources. There will be a screening of filmmaker Thibaut Fagonde’s documentary “Overalls & Aprons,” along with a presentation of home-grown foods and products featuring native islanders Chef Digby and Chef BJ. The Court Yard will be open at 7 p.m. Attendees are invited to sample specially designed menus and diverse culinary flavors created with ingredients from the flourishing farms and waters of the U.S.V.I. and provided by the local farmers of St. Croix and St. Thomas. Tickets cost $25 for general admission; $10 for teachers; $5 for students; and children under 10 are free (but they must obtain a ticket to secure a seat).
