Corporations/ Trademarks Sessions on Catalyst System

Lt. Gov. Tregenza A. Roach Esq. invites the business community to attend the Division of Corporations and Trademarks’ information sessions on the online Catalyst system. Sessions are open to existing business owners, new business owners and service providers who assist new and existing business owners with filings to the Division. To conduct business in the U.S. Virgin Islands, whether for-profit or non-profit, business entities must be registered with the Office of the Lieutenant Governor and maintain a status of active/in good standing for the duration of the entity’s existence. Persons interested in attending any of the informational sessions are required to register by email to Denise Johannes. In the subject line, please indicate ‘Business Entity Informational Sessions.’
