The Virgin Islands Carnival Committee’s (VICC) Parade Sub- Committee has scheduled a mandatory meeting for all Carnival 2017 troupe leaders. All troupe leaders are urged to attend this meeting or to have a representative present. Important decisions will be made, to include selection of numbers.
