It will be held today via videoconference at the Election System of the Virgin Islands (ESVI) offices: ESVI St. Croix Office at 93A Sunny Isle Annex, Unit 4/ ESVI St. Thomas Office at Lockhart Gardens Shopping Center (above Banco Popular).
