Summary: The V.I. Department of Public Works (DPW) updates the community on the progress of the Smith Bay Road Project. DPW contractor — Rumina Construction LLC – is nearing completion on both locations: Emerald Hill and a neighboring road, near Picasso Coffee Bar. This project includes the construction of a retaining wall, drainage improvements and the replacement of damaged concrete pavement. This project is expected to be completed by the end of March 2023.
