To whom it may concern:
Application having been made to the Superior Court for probate of the Last Will and Testament of Daniel Richard Yannone, deceased, by the Executor, Anthony Yannone, and it was Ordered on December 21, 2022, that all persons having any claims against the Estate shall file proper vouchers duly verified by Affidavit, with the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, Division of St. Thomas & St. John with the Court within six (6) months from the date of the last publication. All persons indebted to the Estate shall make payment to the undersigned.
